Safety and Health Management

This is an integral part of Organization’s core Policy on Quality, Productivity and Customer Delight. The policy stipulates Management for planning activities in a responsible manner so as to avoid castle any risk to Health and Safety of it’s employees.

Other major facilities/activities :

Provision of appropriate fire fighting equipments at all strategic points in the factory.
Fire fighting demonstrations and fire drills are conducted at regular intervals.
Well established procedures have been framed at the Plant for identification of hazards, assessment of risks and implementation of necessary control measures.
Safety Behaviors Observations are carried out across the unit to develop awareness among the employee regarding Safety.
Risk assessment are carried out which is known as Deep Compliance Audit on weekly basis by staff members to ensure all the day to day operation, important machinery and equipments are in accordance with safety standards.
All Isolations involves LOCK OUT TAG OUT systems to ensure all maintenance work carried out safely.
All visitors including drivers and helpers undergo induction training at the time of entrance to the unit.
Suggestion boxes are provided to lodge hazards information at any time.
