The aesthetic view of the surrounding area has been maintained by plantation of trees.OriGroup is having alternate power through Generator to back of power for uninterrupted manufacturing in case of power failure. To meet the need of the hour and in order to reduce the cost of production, so as to be competitive, second power back up from solar energy is been evaluated and likely to be in position very shortly.

Detergent Manufacturing

The process of manufacture of Detergents broadly involves neutralizing LABSA (Acid Slurry) with Alkali and maintain the PH at desired level by blending the same with different additives like optical brightening agent and other soluble and insoluble builders and perfume to enhance the cosmetic value.

For the manufacture of Detergent Powder two processes are adopted. These are wet process and dry process. Keeping an eye on cost effectiveness vis-a-vis quality of the products dry mixing process is widely in use for the manufacture of Popular and Economy Grade Detergent Powder.
